Safety First
Your safety is our top priority. Always verify your driver or passenger through the in-app profile before meeting. Share your trip details with a trusted contact using our built-in safety share feature. If anything feels off, trust your instincts and cancel the ride.
Be Respectful
Treat everyone with kindness and respect. No discrimination based on gender, race, religion, or background. Harassment of any kind is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension.
Be On Time
Arrive at the pickup point at the agreed time. If you're running late, message your driver or passenger immediately through the app. Chronic lateness affects your rating and may lead to account restrictions.
Communicate Clearly
Use the in-app messaging for all communication. Never share personal phone numbers, emails, or social media before the ride is confirmed. Keep messages polite and relevant to the trip.
Honor the Price
The price shown at booking is the price you pay. Drivers should not ask for additional cash payments. Passengers should not negotiate for lower prices after booking. All payments go through our secure Stripe system.
Vehicle Standards
Drivers must ensure their vehicle is clean, safe, and roadworthy. Passengers should keep the vehicle clean during the trip. No eating or drinking without the driver's permission.
No Illegal Activity
Drugs, weapons, and any illegal items are strictly prohibited in the vehicle. Drivers and passengers found violating this will be permanently banned and reported to authorities.
Leave Honest Reviews
Ratings help keep our community safe and high-quality. Leave honest, constructive feedback after every ride. Reviews should focus on the trip experience, not personal attacks.
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 24 hours before departure for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a fee. Drivers who cancel repeatedly without cause will face account penalties.
Emergency Protocol
In case of emergency, use the in-app emergency button to alert our 24/7 support team and share your live location. For immediate danger, call 911 first, then use the app.
Common Questions
What happens if a driver doesn't show up?
If a driver fails to show up without cancelling, you'll receive a full refund and the driver will be flagged for review. Contact support within 24 hours.
Can I bring a friend who isn't booked?
No. Every passenger must have a confirmed booking. Unbooked passengers are not covered by our safety policies and the driver can refuse transport.
What if the car doesn't match the description?
Do not get in. Cancel the ride immediately and report the discrepancy to support. Your safety is more important than being polite.
Are pets allowed?
Only if the driver has marked 'Pets Allowed' on their ride listing. Always message the driver beforehand to confirm. Service animals are always permitted by law.
